They promised to send me a new controller, and I waited like a kid on Christmas Eve. When it finally showed up, I thought, "This is it!" But nope, the new controller was just as useless. It was like getting a second slice of that plain pizza. I couldn't believe it. How could they mess up twice?I reached out again, expecting them to make things right. But guess what? Radio silence. It felt like telling a joke and hearing nothing but crickets. Now my electric BMX bike is just sitting there, gathering dust. The whole experience has been a total letdown. I just wanted to ride and have some fun, but instead, I got stuck with a broken bike and a company that doesn't care."
