Refund policy
Changed your mind? We got you. Returns are accepted on unopened e-bike shipments within 15 days of the delivery date, while all holiday orders placed November 15 - December 31, 2021 have a 45 day return policy. Send us an email at hello@rideswft.com with your order number and reason for returning, and we’ll provide return instructions. A few things to keep in mind before submitting a return request:
- We stand by the quality of our products and therefore do not accept returns on used or opened products.
- To be eligible for a return, the e-bike must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances/odors, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it.
- The box must be sealed and unopened. Please ship your e-bike back in its original box. A 10% processing fee will be applied.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs if you choose to return your e-bike.
- Once your return is processed at our warehouse, you can expect a refund to your method of payment within 3-5 business days.
