SHIPPING + RETURNS

Moped, Bikes, and Scooters All e-mobility rides ship FREE. At SWFT, everyone has a seat, so we’ve kept our prices as accessible as possible, and that includes shipping. We offer shipping via FedEx of UPS within the continental US (this excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories).

For other accessories, we charge a flat fee per item. Your fee will be calculated automatically during checkout.

Returns

Changed your mind? We got you. Returns are accepted on unopened e-bike shipments within 15 days of the delivery date. Please submit a request here. We’ll follow up shortly to provide return instructions.

A few things to keep in mind before submitting a return request:

  • SWFT will only accept packages that have an RMA number written on the outside of the package.
  • We stand by the quality of our products and therefore do not accept returns on used or opened products. 
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances/odors, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it. 
  • The box must be sealed and unopened. Please ship your product back in its original box. A 10% processing fee will be applied.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs if you choose to return your e-bike.  
  • Once your return is processed at our warehouse, you can expect a refund to your method of payment within 3-5 business days.
